ABC Dbayeh partnered with ME Green to deploy a tailored solar solution that enhances energy efficiency while preserving architectural integrity. The installation consists of 100 solar panels mounted on elevated structures above the building's HVAC systems and diesel generators. This strategic placement maintains the building’s aesthetics and provides additional insulation, contributing to overall energy optimization.
With an installed capacity of 229 kWp, the system produces 1,345 MWh annually—enough to significantly offset the mall’s electricity consumption. This results in $70,000 in annual energy savings and a projected return on investment in 5 years. The environmental impact is equally notable, with 340 tons of CO₂ emissions avoided each year.
This project demonstrates how solar can be intelligently integrated into dense commercial environments without compromising visual appeal or operational efficiency.
