Beit Misk Residential Community
A 200 kWp grid-tied photovoltaic system designed with custom concrete rooftop structures to maximize utility and sustainability in a premier residential setting.
Located in one of the region's most scenic residential communities, this project represents the intersection of sustainable engineering and architectural respect.
We commissioned a 200 kWp grid-tied photovoltaic system tailored to the site's unique requirements. The installation features a custom concrete rooftop structure, a strategic engineering choice that elevates the panels to ensure the rooftop space remains usable for other community purposes.
By delivering 300 MWh of clean energy annually, this system not only offsets a significant carbon footprint (equivalent to planting 8,500 trees) but also provides substantial operational savings, proving that high-end residential developments can be both beautiful and energy-efficient.
