Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return: Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Custom orders, special order items, and certain built-to-order products are non-returnable​​​.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number should be clearly indicated on the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use reputable carriers with proof of delivery and insurance​​.

  3. Condition of Returned Products: Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new and resalable condition with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. For high-value orders (over $1,500), a 20% restocking fee might be charged depending on the condition of the returned items​​​.

Refund Policy

  1. Inspection and Refund Approval: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund or credit will be processed. If any component is missing, the return may be rejected or subject to additional charges for replacement​​.

  2. Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Costs incurred for rentals, labor, or associated with the installation or removal of our solar products are not covered​.

Warranty Policy

ME Green is a distributor and does not manufacture the products. Therefore, warranties, if any, are provided by the original manufacturer. For any technical issues upon receipt or installation, customers should contact the manufacturer directly. ME Green is not responsible for sending replacements for defective products; this is typically handled by the manufacturer​.
